Digital Product Nature

Once a download link has been issued, the ebook cannot be \u201creturned\u201d in the way a physical product can. As a result, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered, except where required by law.

When a Refund May Apply

• You were charged but never received a working download link, and support could not resolve the issue
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same episode
• The file delivered was corrupted or unreadable and a replacement could not be provided
